Anmäl resa till krigsområde
Speciella regler gäller vid resa till olika riskområden. Uppdatera dig dagligen om vad som gäller för de olika resmålen.
Utöver Europeiskas Krigsrisklista hänvisar vi även till UD:s reserekommendationer för resenärer från Sverige. I vissa fall kan vi också tillämpa andra utrikesdepartements rekommendationer för sina respektive medborgare.
Resor till krigsområden måste alltid anmälas till och godkännas av Europeiska i förväg och i vissa fall debiteras en tilläggspremie. Obs, Länk till anmälningsformulär finns till höger.
Det sker en konstant utvärdering och analys vad gäller krigsrisk- och andra riskområden. Ändring i listan sker när en förändring skett i de nedan nämnda områdena/länderna och eller när nya krigsrisk- och andra riskområden tillkommer.
A. War zones:
Afghanistan: All but Kabul
Burundi: Provinces Cibitoke, Bubanza and Bujumbura except the capital proper.
Central African Republic: Prefectures Haute-Kotto, Vakaga, Haute-Mbomou, Bamingui-Bangoran, Ouhan, Ouhan-Pandé, Nana-Mambéré, Haute-Sangha and Sangha. Remaining borders with Chad and Sudan.
Chad: The whole country.
Cote d'Ivorie: All parts north of “zone de confiance”.
Democratic Republic of Congo Kinshasa: The whole country.
Georgia: Break-away republics South Ossetia and Abkhazia and their borders with rump Georgia to a depth of 25 kms.
Haiti: The whole country.
India: Jammu and Kashmir to within 100 km of the border with Pakistan.
Iraq: Border areas of Kurdish region (Dohuk, Erbil and As-Sulamanniyya provinces). Rest of country.
Israel: Gaza and West Bank.
Nigeria: Rivers State except Port Harcourt proper.
Pakistan: Kashmir at Line of control. North-West Tribal Province and Baluchistan and North-West Frontier Province at Afghan border, including Swat and Shangla districts.
Philippines: Jolo Group.
Russia: Chechnya, Ingushetia, Dagestan & North Ossetia.
Somalia: Entire country except autonomous area of Somaliland.
Sri Lanka: Tamil Tigers held areas of north- & northeast.
Sudan: Darfur Provinces.
Uganda: The Northeastern districts of Kapchorwa, Katakwi, Kotido, Moroto and Nakapiripirit, as well as the borders with the DRC and Sudan to a depth of 25 kms.
Yemen: Saada Province to the Northwest.
B. Risk zones
Afghanistan: Kabul
Algeria: The entire country.
Angola: Cabinda enclave.
Azerbaijan: Nargorno-Karabakh.
Bangladesh: Chittagong Hill Tracts.
Bhutan: South at Indian border.
Burma (Myanmar): Karen, Kayah and Shan states, Karchin and Sagaing states at the border with India to a distance of 75 km.
Burundi: Rest of the country.
Cambodia: Border region with Thailand
Central African Republic: The rest of the country except the capital proper.
Colombia: The entire country.
Congo (brz): Pool region includning Brazzaville proper.
Cote d'Ivorie: Rest of country.
Ecuador: Border areas Colombia.
Eritrea: Border with Sudan and Ethiopia.
Ethiopia: Somali region & Gambella region. All Border areas to a depth of 50 kms.
Georgia: Rest of country.
Guinea: The whole country.
Guinea-Bissau: The whole country.
India: States Assam, Manipur, Nagaland & Tripura, Bhutan border, and immediate border areas with Burma(Myanmar) & Bangladesh.
Indonesia: Provinces Aceh, Sulawesi, Moluccas & Papua (Irian Jaya).
Iraq: Kurdish region (Dohuk, Erbil and As-Sulamanniyya provinces) except for
external border areas of the region.
Israel: Jerusalem proper and Golan heights. Internal (1967) borders between Israel, the Gaza Strip and West Bank. Borders with Egypt, Lebanon and Syria.
Kenya: Western and Nyanza provinces as well as central parts of Rift Valley province and slum areas of Nairobi including Uhuru Park.
Kyrgyzstan: South & borders Tajikistan & Uzbekistan.
Laos: Provinces Xieng Khouang. Saisomboun Special Economic zone.
Lebanon: Areas between the Israeli border and the Litani River as well as the Bekaa Valley. Urban areas and all UNRWA refugee camps unless otherwise specified.
Liberia: The whole country.
Madagascar: The whole country.
Mali: Eastern parts east of Gao town.
Nepal: Whole country except Kathmandu.
Niger: Chad border and North Agadez.
Nigeria: Rump Niger Delta including Port Harcourt; States of Kano, Kanduna, Lagos, Ondo and Plateau. Niger Border
Pakistan: Rest of the country.
Panama: Darién Province.
Peru: Cuzco and Ayacucho departments, and the valleys of the Ene, Apurímac and Huallaga rivers & Colombian border.
Philippines: Basilan, Mindanao and rump Sulu Archipelago.
Rwanda: Burundi & Democratic Republic of Congo borders.
Saudi Arabia: Border area with Yemen.
Serbia: Kosovo Province.
Sierra Leone: Border areas.
Somalia: Autonomous area of Somaliland.
Sri Lanka: Rest of country.
Sudan: Rest of country except Khartoum proper.
Tajikistan: The whole country.
Thailand: Burma and Cambodia borders. Extreme southeast provinces: Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Songkhla.
Timor-Leste (East Timor): The whole country.
Turkey: Provinces at Iraqi/Iranian border (Van, Hakkâri & Sirnak) and South-eastern provinces Tuncelli, Bingöl & Diyarbakir.
Uganda: The rest o North Province and Nile Province.
Uzbekistan: Extreme east, Fergana Valley and Namangan-Adijian Region.
Venezuela: Colombian border areas.
Yemen: Rest of country.
Zambia: Democratic Republic of Congo border area.
