Personal Data Act
Sweden’s Personal Data Act (the “PuL”) covers all processing of personal data. We use state of the art recording technology to enable us to administer insurance policies and meet your requirements as a customer. The Personal Data Act (1998:204)
Europeiska processes such personal data as are necessary for us to be able to fulfil our commitments. Such data may also be used for evaluating and reaching conclusions about the content and design of policies and market analyses. Data may also be passed on to other companies that Europeiska collaborates with.
The uses to which data are put include executing and administering contracts and fulfilling contracts and legal obligations. Data are also used for building up a comprehensive picture of insurance policies and creating a basis for providing information about, and offering other services and providing good service in other respects.
As a Europeiska customer you are entitled to send us written requests for information about the data we have on you and how they are used. You may also notify Europeiska in writing if you do not wish your data to be processed for purposes that relate to direct marketing.
